Rates are based on unlimited music use for one single production, and are based on the total lenght of the production, not on the duration of music used.  Production Blanket Rates are not available for Commercials.

                                     Websites, Music on Hold, Live Events of any kind whether broadcast or not, Advertising and
                                     Promotions, Local/Regional or any non-licensed broadcast, Local/Regional, or an non-ASCAP/
                                     BMI/SESAC licensed broadcast, E-mail use of any kind, Books, Magazines, Video Games,
                                     Internet Games.

BROADCAST              Programming broadcast to the general public on radio and/or television, including Free TV,
                                     Cable TV, Satellite TV, Infomercials, Pay Per View, Common Carrier (In Flight, Cruise Ships)
                                     & the Internet; in local, regional and national markets.

PSA                              Public Service Announcements broadcast on radio and/or television.

THEATRICAL               Productions exhibited in theatrical venues where a general admission fee is charged or
PRODUCTIONS          consideration of any kind is exchanged as in the case of feature films, movie trailers, and
                                     live theater productions.

PRODUCTION            Production blanket rates are based on unlimited music use for one single production.
BLANKET                    Rates charged are based on the clearances required and the total length of the production
                                     rather than on the duration of the music used.  Production Blanket rates are not available
                                     for all uses.  Where applicable on the rate card, you are referred to the appropriate Production
                                     Rate.

DIGI-DROP                 A single use of an individual Music Cue.  The single use may be any length, up to the total
                                    length of the longest mix of that Cue, and must be continuous.  if only one Music Cue is
                                    used in a production, but the Cue is used 3 separate times with gaps in between each use,
                                    3 music cues are counted for licensing purposes.  If you loop a Music Cue extra fees may
                                    apply.  Please contact Gratis Music if you are considering looping one or more Music Cues.

SYNCHRONIZATION The right granted by the copyright holder or agent by which an end user is authorized to
RIGHTS                       place audio content in timed relation within training or marketing presentations, radio and
                                    television presentations or commercials, and any other multimedia, audio visual or computer
                                    generated displays, programs or presentations.

If the competition or festival awards any prizes or prize money, or if public admission to view the entries is charged, or if viewed on the internet; then user is required to secure an initial minimum paid license with Gratis Music for $25.00 per use (individual track), per fesitval entry.  If user should win and be awarded prizes or prize money equal to $500.00 or more, user is responsible for compensating Gratis Music an additional $100.00 per licensed Gratis Music Track.

Get instant access to full bandwidth 48K, 24 bit Gratis Music titles with a Gratis Music Hard Drive.  There is an initial deposit of USD$250 of which $200 is applied to future licenses and $50 goes to cover shipping and handling.

As with all of our licenses, payment can be made by either check or vial PayPal.  The Hard Drive will be shipped upon receipt of payment and execution of the Hard Drive Agreemnt.  The Hard Drive must be returned to Gratis Music per the Hard Drive Agreement if usage drops below an acceptable annual level.  There will be an additional charge of $250 for Hard Drives that are not returned.

All uses of music accessed through Gratis Music Hard Drives must be licensed with Gratis Music.
